The EPA’s National Center for Environmental Assessment (NCEA) will host a workshop examining the role that data on epigenetic changes may play in assessing cumulative risks in human populations exposed to multiple stressors.
Results from the workshop will help in the development of future methodologies pertinent to including epigenetics data in future human health assessments. The workshop will be held in EPA’s Arlington, VA Potomac Yards Conference Facility. The workshop will also be streamed via webinar for individuals unable to attend the meeting in-person. In advance of the workshop, EPA is providing an introductory webinar on epigenetics on August 24 from 3:00-4:30 pm. Registration for the introductory webinar is available on the workshop registration form.
