TESTING All lots of ANTI-mRG exhibit avid reactivity with 10 ng of a methylarginine peptide by western blotting, but no detectable reactivity with 100 ng of an arginine peptide, the sequence of which is identical except for the replacement of the methylarginine residues with arginine. STORAGE Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Store at 4° or prepare appropriately sized aliquots and keep at ≤ -20° C.
