The EZ-Zyme™ kit contains reagents optimized for generating enzymatically processed chromatin from mammalian cells for use in chromatin immunoprecipitation. While the kit contains a full complement of buffers required for chromatin shearing, careful attention must be paid to the details of the instructions. Follow all the instructions carefully, especially with regard to incubation times and […]

EZ-Magna ChIP™ G Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Kit
Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) is an important technique allowing the researcher to analyze in vivo interactions of proteins with genomic DNA. Any chromatin-associated or DNA binding protein can be analyzed with this technique, provided a good antibody to the protein exists. One can measure different proteins localized to a specific region of the genome, or the […]

EZ-ChIP
Contains all necessary reagents to perform 22 individual chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) reactions. Supplied buffers are sufficient to generate chromatin from up to five 15 cm plates of cultured cells, each plate providing up to 10 chromatin preparations (varies with cell and assay type).
Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) Assay Kit
For use to enrich for specific regions of chromatin that are immunoprecipitated with a specific antibody for a chromatin protein. Works with all eukaryotic cell types. Detection of the gene or promoter of interest in immunoprecipitated chromatin must be empirically determined by the researcher. Quantitative PCR detection is recommended.
